Convert existing NatelGo subscription to private subscription

The university's existing NatelGo subscription can be converted into a private subscription (you leave the UZH). The subscription can only be transferred to Swisscom in the first step! The subscription must be parked at Swisscom for at least two months and can only be ported to Sunrise or Salt after that!

For the transfer (withdrawal) of the number a transfer declaration must be submitted:

Take-over declaration_resignation_2017 (DE)

For this we need a copy of your ID or residence permit.

Please note that the form

Order form NatelGo voice subscription (DE)

must also be submitted. Here the signature of the Telecom Delegate is mandatory! Please send all documents to the Telephony group!

Swisscom will not accept any resignations without the necessary forms!
