The Central IT regards failures of certain services as an emergency and provides information via various channels as long as they are not affected by the failure:
- Notification via Technews: Mailing list and RSS feed for all faults and outages You can subscribe to Technews by sending an email to: sympa@id.lists.uzh.ch with the subject: subscribe technews <first name> <lastname> or using following link.
- Information on the home page of the university
- Notification via the SMS messaging service
