Terms for Online Exams with Inspera

Inspera users acknowledge that they may only use Inspera for study and/or teaching purposes. They may not violate Swiss laws and regulations, morality and third party rights (name rights, copyrights, data protection rights, etc.). In particular, Inspera users undertake not to display or store on the Inspera server any pornographic, violent, illegal, racist or discriminatory content of any kind. Furthermore, they undertake not to incite to criminal acts or to present instructions for such.

The operators of the platform reserve the right to initiate criminal or civil investigations in the event of misuse of the Inspera server or violations of this usage regulation.
