Sign Out Microsoft 365 Applications

You need a Microsoft account to use Microsoft 365 licenses for Microsoft applications on your PC, Mac or mobile device. If this account is deleted or you switch to a different Microsoft 365 organization, you can sign out your applications (such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive or Teams) and sign in again with a different account without reinstalling the applications.
