UZH Print Plus 4Units

The yellow key fobs allow non-personal use of the multifunctional devices by organizational units that have agreed to bear the costs incurred.

The following functions of the multifunctional devices can be used with “UZH Print Plus 4Units”:

• Creation of copies using the “Copy” function.
• Scanning of documents onto a USB stick using the “Scan and Save” function
• Printing documents from USB stick using the “Access Saved Files” function

The use of “Secure Print” and “Scan and Send” is not possible.

When ordering yellow key fobs for “UZH Print Plus 4Units”, all of the costs generated by the supplied key fobs will be charged to your cost center.
