Requesting a new SAP printer/printing problems

Note: Before filling out the form, please check whether it is really a SAP printer problem. It is only a SAP printer problem if you are addressing a SAP printer. These usually have four-character short names (for example, D403) or a full name such as “Drucker403”.

If you print from external applications such as Excel Inplace or from the UZH web portal Business Applications, the locally installed printers are addressed under Windows/Mac/Citrix. Please refer to the Citrix instructions or contact your IT Coordinator.
