Mass mailing and sending of e-mails

The sending of e-mails is subject Reim §9 (Bewilligung/Authorization) und §14 (Misuse/Missbrauch).
A distinction is made between the mass sending of e-mails sent with the address master of the University of Zurich and the sending of e-mails with one's own address master.
